This past year at meetings Drawing on the Drawing Circle MBA, I have been working with pen and ink. Sometimes the pen is Bamboo of different thicknesses, sometimes with a brush, other mixing graphite, charcoal and gouache color.

How To Make Anarkali Dress
A 516 YEARS OF THE DISCOVERY OF AMERICA AND 4 YEARS OF DISCOVERY OF VENEZUELA barbarism.
True Venezuelans look with amazement as a group of people on 12 October of 2004, believed to be on your right, incited and manipulated by others viciously opportunistic obscure personal interests, which took advantage of the ignorance of the protesters to topple the statue of Christopher Columbus, which under the foolish and inopportune slogan of "indigenous resistance day" carried out an act of vandalism destroying a nation's cultural heritage, as it was a work of art 100 years old.
This day has changed names over the years in our recent history ... "race day" .... "Day of discovery of America ..." encounter of two worlds ... and lately the "indigenous resistance day" ... Of all these qualifications, I believe that the most successful is the encounter of two worlds ", because that's what occurred with the arrival of three ships, the discovery of a party of the existence of two very different worlds with the natural consequences are created when two cultures collide strange.
What happened that morning of October 12, 1492 we can recreate from the records kept by one of the most important eyewitness accounts of the expedition:

They have no iron or steel, nor weapons, nor are they to do so, not because people are pretty well prepared and height, except that they are too afraid to wonder. They have no weapons other than those arms of the reeds, when the seed, which put after a sharp stick, and those do not dare use it many times happened to send me down two or three men to some town to have speech and they go out to them without number, and then they saw them reach fled, not waiting for father to son and this not because no one has done wrong, before, after all has been and where I could have Fabla them I gave everything I had, so many other things as cloth, without receiving anything, but are fearful and hopeless. of these stories just show that the proposed indigenous resistance never existed, at least on this side of the continent and during the early stages of what would later colonization. The peoples who suffered most from the consequences of this meeting were the Mexican and Andean South America.
deny our history, to deny our heritage is to deny our existence, is like denying our forefathers, is "throwing" the family. Unfortunately for some supposedly nationalist consciousness are only driven by inexplicable resentment (feel resentment for a fact that occurred for more than 500 years, is to show great mental poverty.) Refuse to accept an irreversible reality, an event sooner or later going to happen.
